I did a tattoo on stage for a live show podcast

In 2017 I did a tattoo on stage for a podcast I listened to for the first time.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect, I didn’t think I’d make it this far when I pitched the idea but there I was; tattooing some drunk army vets neck while he was slumped over a char and people were bump rushing the stage and shouting at everyone in all directions.

He was bleeding so much I honestly don’t remember if I did a good job or not. It’s a cool story still, I wasn’t able to get a pic during all the chaos of the show.

I got to meet Dick and Sean for the first time and they both were tall as fuck which was my first impressions. They were both extremely welcoming and just all around really rad dudes. I got to hung out with Asterios before he quit the show, he was one of my favorites on there.

My then girlfriend and now longtime ex got too drunk and passed out on a couch which is now why she’s my ex. I big royal “fuck you” to her for having the magic touch of being able to fuck up any situation with her drinking. Thankfully my brother Nick was there and managed to handle her while I did what I had to do.

It was the first time I saw Nick as an adult. I hadn’t gotten the opportunity to really connect with him before that. Later we would get that opportunity again living together for a few years.

In the later days I got to tattoo more people from the show both people who worked on the show and fans which was really cool. We were staying with my good friend Kasey and his housemates in Anaheim and we had a blast for the remaining days we were down in SoCal.
